How It Works

1. Send us your product samples

Ship or drop off your products to our local facility. We receive, store, and organize your inventory.

2. We coordinate handoffs and retrievals

We schedule and coordinate handoffs so creators receive the right sample.

3. We coordinate retrievals

For borrowed samples, we track return deadlines, coordinate pickups, and update the condition once the item is returned.

4. You receive updates and reports

We provide campaign tracking so you can see which creators received products, which items are still out, what was returned, and what inventory remains.

Product Storage

Secure storage for product samples to use in creator campaigns, gifting campaigns, UGC shoots, and PR send-outs.

Inventory Tracking

We log product names, quantities, sample status, creator assignments, shipment details, return status, and remaining inventory.

Dropoff and returns

We coordinate courier handoff. If the creator is temporarily using it for your marketing campaign, we take care of the return and place it back in storage.

on-site creator support

We can attend creator content shoots to monitor sample usage, answer product questions, and ensure the creator has everything needed for the shoot.
